+If package offers a shopping trip or shopping is added onto a package, the client sets the budget and provides the payment for items purchased. Additional shopping hours may be purchased in order to complete vision for your home or event.

Our promise is that you will love your project and we offer open communication and transparency throughout our time together. All Meraki packages except Meraki Refresh all come with a consultant, mood board and a phone call prior to the actual creative appointment. This is designed to give you and the creative team member ample time to capture the essence of your project.
We desire for you to share with us and be fully present for the walk-through after install to sign-off on your new creative + inspired space.
We desire to have a transparent next steps and that you are informed, in the loop and a few key things we follow to make sure your Meraki Package goes well.
A warm and friendly creative team member will meet you to disuss your goals and please download our Meraki Maison Style Questionare. During the initial consultant, we review what is important to you, the rooms that you want to focus on, the packages that we offer to fit into your budget and scope of what the creative team will do, so that everyone’s expectations are on the same page. We offer packages that take all budgets into considerations and can customize a plan if needed. We desire to make your pacakge one that brings refreshment and joy and at that same time create a long-lasting relationship with you, so we strive to make the process stress-free, keeping you informed and your goals at the forefront of our minds.
This will be executed at the close of the initial consultation.
During this time, we bring back our inspired conversation from our initial appointment and begin to work on your creative mood board.
Then we will upload files to your client portal and set-up a phone call. Your client portal will allow you to collaborate, share pictures and approve inspiration.
From the phone call with your creative team member, it will be determined what items will be purchased, budget, and who will do the shopping.
Implementation of the inspired project takes place.
